Millicent (Brown) Williams
Committee Leader- schedule meetings, oversee meetings and the decisions of what projects we will do to obtain FR members photos, schedule deadlines for meeting our objectives, ongoing correspondence with the Lead F R organizer and other committees.
I, Millicent (Brown) Williams, am the 9th child from the oldest children of Cecil and Iva Brown. Before getting married, God gave me this Bible verse for my life. ! Peter 5::6-11. I did, and God did! I have been married to Daniel H. Williams Sr. for 45 yrs. We have 2 married sons and 2 grandsons. I retired 2.5 yrs ago after 31.5 yrs from the USPS. I think families are a created blessing and gift from and to God. He created each of us on purpose for HIS purpose. This is better defined in Ephesians 2:10 which says “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Please join me in praying that we will become,..”good, better, best , NEVER let it rest til our GOOD gets better and our better becomes BEST!

What We Do
GGB FR History Collectors 2024-2026
We will try to gather legal or known names, birthdates, and birthplaces of every related Brown family member that is not already documented in our Family Tree .
Our key objectives or areas of focus:
● Main projects, events, or initiatives:
-
We will ask adult members of the family for information about missing family members, including names, birthdates, and birthplaces. In the event we cannot get full details, we will seek to identify them with as much information as possible (e.g., a male or female designation, or partial birthdate information) with the hope that one day we can complete the record.
-
We will request to identify them by a silhouette of a male or female, with or without a name and or birthdate in hopes that one day we will be able to obtain all the information and have it added accordingly.
● Ongoing programs or recurring events:
-
We are currently reviewing the records from the last family reunion to identify who is missing from our list.
-
The entire committee will begin soliciting and informing each other of new findings and updates on family members.
-
We will compile and share our findings with the Film/Technology Committee at scheduled times for integration into the overall family history records.
